While establishing and planning the human resources, the company takes into consideration the need for an effective application with regards to the GMP rules and quality system. Furthermore, it hires personnel that are prone to the GMP and quality system applications and have references on that respect.

Proficiency, Awareness and Education

The company personnel are assigned to their duties based on their expert and experience. The personnel with extensive experience in our company will be, over time, authorized in the administration and decision-making mechanism.

The need for training is determined by the division supervisors. The determined trainings are recorded in the education plan and announced to all division supervisors. The plan is revised yearly, if necessary.

The Adaptation Trainings are applied to the new comers in our company, the results are recorded and followed-up.

Infrastructure

The company’s senior management determines and establishes the production site, operation areas and related facilities, process equipment, support services in accordance with the GMP-GLP rules, and ensure their sustainability.
