Therefore, in the selection of personnel, we place importance to selecting ambitious and innovative candidates that are open to learning and development and that will ensure sustainable growth for us and help us achieve our targets.

In our database, we keep all applications that our candidates make via our website and the applications that they make by paying a personal visit to our company, as well as the CVs forwarded to us by means of references by our employees and the applications made to our advertisements published at the career websites, of which we are a member. In line with our position requirements, we invite the candidates that meet required qualifications, educational background and experience for an interview with our human resources managers.

We execute a comprehensive process in order to place the eligible candidates in the most appropriate position in line with the qualifications required by the relevant position, by conducting General Aptitude Test, Personality Inventory, Assessment Center Applications and/or Foreign Language Exam.
